About Our Services
Our worship follows the ancient pattern of Christian worship: hymns of praise, readings from the Bible, preaching, prayers, and the celebration of Holy Communion.
When you enter the church, you will receive a bulletin that describes the order of the service for you to follow. The service lasts for roughly one hour, and includes the following elements:
- Hymns sung by the congregation, accompanied by pipe organ or piano.
- Three readings from different parts of the Bible.
- A sermon (around 10-15 minutes) that connects and interprets the readings for today’s world.
- Prayers for ourselves and others.
- The celebration of Holy Eucharist (also known as Communion or the Lord’s Supper).
